These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Sottozero website together with any related services including online ordering, event bookings, loyalty participation and any other digital engagement operated by Sottozero. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information
Sottozero operates retail outlets, a manufacturing facility and various online and customer service channels across Malta. All products are prepared in line with our quality standards and are subject to availability. Sottozero reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Use of the Website
The website is provided for personal and non commercial use. Users agree not to misuse the website and not to interfere with its functionality, security or the experience of other users.
3. Product Information
All product descriptions, images and pricing provided on the website are for guidance purposes. Sottozero makes every effort to ensure accuracy but reserves the right to make changes due to seasonal availability, manufacturing adjustments or supply chain requirements.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders placed through the website are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Prices presented on the website include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sottozero may refuse an order if the information provided is incomplete or if payment validation fails.
5. Fulfilment and Delivery
Sottozero offers pickup and delivery services depending on the product type. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Sottozero is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services or circumstances outside our control.

6. Food Safety and Quality
All items are produced under strict food safety standards. Given the nature of frozen and fresh products, customers are responsible for proper handling and storage once the order is collected or delivered.

7. No Return or Cancellation for Food Items
Due to food safety regulations, all purchases of gelato, cakes, food items and customised orders are final once the order is confirmed. No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted for any food products.
8. Event Bookings and Corporate Orders
Event reservations or large orders may require a deposit. Deposits are non refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer. Final quantities must be confirmed within the timeframe indicated in the booking confirmation.
9. Loyalty and Digital Features
If the website includes loyalty signup or digital rewards, customers agree to provide accurate information. Sottozero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sottozero is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or any damages arising from misuse of the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the relevant order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Maltese courts.
